EPS and outer shell are thermofused in machine with high density and anti-impact function.
PC/PVC Vacuuming
PC vaccuming process to make PC shaped and molded.
PC/PVC Silkscreen
Accurate color painting with Pantone to fullfill customer's requirement. Experienced workers to keep color matching.
Mockup Model
10 years + qualified workers to make putty prototype meet customer's request and modification till final satisfaction.
ABB Robot PC Cutting
The famous ABB robot cutting machine can cut PC smoothly and accurately. When PC thermofuse with EPS, they can match well.
CNC Mould
To ensure helmet shape is nice and precise, all of our helmet moulds are made by CNC machine.
EPS&PC Thermofuse
Place PC shells into moulds by hand each by each. Then the machine inject EPS grain and thermofuse with PC.
3D scanning
After the prototype is confirmed by customers, it needs to be scanned by a 3D machine and create CAD data in the computer.
Assembling line
We have IQC. IPQC, FQC for each assembling line to meet high-quality standards. Our aim is 100% customer satisfaction and 99% qualified products.
Inhouse Testing Lab
Helmets safety is related to consumer's life who wear our helmets. For each order, we will test mass production randomly to keep every helmet qualified from our warehouse.
Painting Room
Clean room and UV drying to keep painting clean and nice on each helmet. The Non-toxic and environmentally friendly painting can protect consumer's health.
